Returns & Refunds policy

You are entitled to cancel your services within 15 days without giving any reason for doing so.

There is no Term agreement so clients are entitled to receive full refund if they cancel within [15] days, if not cancelled within [15] they are liable for full monthly charges.

You will ideally be paying monthly basis to the invoice you receive from our accounts team.

We will reimburse you no later than 7 days from the day on which we receive the cancellation request. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees if you cancel within [15] days.

Conditions for returns:

In order for the services to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The services were purchased in the last 30 days

  • The services were not activated and used for straight [16] days without any trouble tickets created.

The following services cannot be returned:

  • The special configurations made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

  • The supply of services which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, for example logo, company specific requirements which are not available in initial offer by service provider

  • The services which are not suitable for return due to already used by the business and workflows utilized by them in any means on a different automation software.

    We reserve the right to refuse returns of any services that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Services

You are responsible for the cost and cancellation charges to us. You should write about detailed cancellation reasons to the following email address:

We cannot be held responsible for revenue lost due to our services provided. Therefore, we recommend an inhouse compliance and safety manager for your business to ensure and improvise. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the services or proof of payments.

Gifts:

If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then assigned directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the services are Cancelled, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the services weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the services rendered on their systems to give it to you later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
